The Armed Forces Real Estate Development Organization (FAAED), as the universal successor to the Armed Forces Real Estate Development Agency (YPAAPED), is responsible for the development and utilization of real estate assets not used for military purposes, for the benefit of the Hellenic Armed Forces. It is supervised by the Ministry of National Defence (HMOD), through the Hellenic National Defence General Staff (HNDGS).
