The Leventakis family has more than half a century of continuous presence and expertise in the kitchen industry, specializing in the design, construction, and installation of furniture that combines high aesthetics with absolute respect for people.
The story begins in 1970, when Konstantinos Leventakis, with very limited resources but great determination and a strong sense of responsibility toward his family, took his first step into a demanding and challenging industry. Despite the difficult conditions and the serious health impacts caused by the harmful materials used at the time, he remained undeterred. Instead, he turned the challenge into an opportunity, beginning to search for factories that invested in eco-friendly, safe, and certified materials.
This decision became the foundation of a new way of thinking within the industry—one that combines innovation with responsibility.
The first collaborations with leading Italian brands were only the beginning. Soon, the entire family—his children Aris, Giorgos, and Sofia—joined the vision and together created Gruppo Cucine: a team, a name, and a shared dream.
Without external funding, without infrastructure, but with faith, passion, and the ambition to change the standards in the kitchen furniture industry, they started from their childhood room. With only a computer, a borrowed design program, and a suitcase full of samples, they laid the foundations for something much greater.
Today, 22 years after the founding of Gruppo Cucine, the “team” includes more than 100 members and continues to grow with the same commitment:
